Inside, the spacious living area features a sofa and loveseat plus Smart TV with streaming capabilities as well as Live Stream TV. Just off the living room is one of two balconies with seating. An upgraded kitchen offers all you need to prepare meals and snacks to friends and family at our dining table or at the stylish bar.
The master bedroom features a king bed, comfy chair, Smart TV and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is quite roomy with one queen and one full bed, a Smart TV, balcony, and access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Also for your convenience: a private washer/dryer and high speed fiber WiFI are in the villa.
A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are just around the corner. The beach side is an easy stroll through the resort, or a tram stop is not far from our villa for a free ride over the pedestrian bridge.
This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests—it's the perfect spot to be near all you want yet get away when ready. The resort's minimum age to book is 25 years old (firm), and pets/ESA are not allowed.
--> Resort fee is included with your booking and includes one parking pass (extras available for a fee). We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.
Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

My Name is Steve Watson and I live in Huntsville Alabama. I am a father, grandfather and a Retired First Responder. I have always been a Beach Bum and couldn't wait to own my own Beach Condo. I was finally able to achieve my goal in 2020 and now want to share it with you.Amenities
